Description

In this course we will discuss Installment Sales, Tax Deferred Exchanges, and the Section 199A Deduction. When 199A was first discussed with the Tax Cuts & Jobs Act, it created concern for many practitioners. Though it can be confusing, this course will educate you thoroughly as 199A will become the embodiment of your tax practice. In light of there being aspects of 199A that are still in dispute, it is necessary to become extremely familiar with this deduction; the more you become familiar, the more the explanation and navigation of this deduction will become second nature. This will be a worthwhile discussion for your practice, and you will be able to advise your clients accordingly.

You may take this course à la carte or as a full program.

The information in this course will aid you as the practitioner in educating clients of their filing options and ensure they properly ascertain their financial position and qualifying factors during tax time.
